My dream to compete in the International Six-day motocross Enduro event was realized as Linda helped me get in the best shape of my life. I completed the race and earned a bronze medal as part of the Canadian team. Since then, I have continued with Linda because she keeps it challenging and fresh. As my workload and stress level have increased, I have found my sessions to be essential for my overall well-being.

Linda is fun to work with, passionate about new approaches and ideas. She knows how to push me to make the most of our short time together. The depth of her knowledge is truly impressive. What really makes her stand out is that she truly cares about her people!

As a busy professional and parent, it's often difficult to squeeze in "me" time. I find that when I make time for a yoga class or an evening walk with a friend, I am a better parent and colleague because of it. I’ve been practicing yoga for several years. Our instructor Frances, is my absolute favorite of all time. She is encouraging, motivating and experienced, who provides both a fitness and meditation outlet. Another personal benefit to our bilingual classes is that I get the chance to work on increasing my french vocabulary. I’m pretty good at recognizing "left" and "right" now - still working on the rest!
